Novices are always a bit scared of the first time rowing all 8. However, after surviving such an adventure without a crab, flip or other disaster, their rowing always gets better with confidence.

I say, first thing we do before the novices can race is give them all hair cuts. Look at all that hair! we don't need any more fros on this team.
Colin Dever is the only person that can grow a fro on this team.
