This is a quick vid upload. Make whatever comments you would like for me to address if you all like, I've got a lot of running around for William tonight but I can come back to watch these again.
Takes a few strokes in each build to get the oars going in together. Catching Jo a few mistakes on the entry, Rachel early once or twice. Second 20 was better than first.
A few entry bobbles by HannahH. Just a touch of digging in the bucket. Kate timing good. Catches good.
Few entry bobbles by Jo and HannahH. HannahM make sure you're at full length. Like the glide finish. Good workout today.

Beth: Be careful not to roll your outside shoulder. You're hunching it up instead of pulling it back level.
Hannah H: You're pulling into your hip. Finish high THEN tap down. Also, you are laying back a little too far.
Kaela: Keep your wrist straight as you're pulling in. The handle should swivel in the palm of your hand and your arm should be a straight extension of the oar. Watch Hannah's.
Stacks: Lay back.
Kat: Use your core and control your body swing forward. Right now you're falling into it.
Jo: Same thing with your wrist (see Kaela's comment). Also, be careful about lunging at the catch.
Kate: Also pulling into your hip. Also lay back.
Hannah M: You can relax your inside arm a bit and focus on not opening your back too early.
Steph: You look great
what does that mean ?????
too much or too little lay back?
Rowing is difficult I give up
Stacks: too little layback, you're losing connection at the very end
