Everyone else needs to send a completed 4x1k 5' rest to me and Rodd by Tuesday.  This week's schedule has changed, with a water practice on Tuesday night and the OYO erg practice on Thursday. Friday's practice is now at 445am.  The weekend is TBD.  I still need to hear from the crew on availabity.
