Good extension and "carry" of the boat with the legs. Body is still forward during the leg drive, correcting a previous problem of raising the head and shoulders before the drive. Good stroke.

These shot were taken by me while driving the launch, so they aren't as good as what Emily took of the FC kids. What's also striking is the light wasn't good enough to take anything until we turned downstream for home. As dawn gets earlier, life becomes a little easier. That doesn't change the fact that we're launching before dawn even starts. The sun is up by the time we're back on the dock.

What is crazy, Jay, is how you have seemed to catch eveyone in their natural pose. What, with Rocky looking malnourished, Kristin doing her hair in between peices, Ago looking pissed-off and tired, Sean looking dazed and confused, and Heisey having that crazy, lip-biting face that makes all the women swoon.
You would think that one would be exerting themselves enough that they would to breathe out of their mouths... I guess I'm just old fashioned like that.
Arg, damn it. "have to"
better steve, that face is too sexy, i can't stand it. And i hope that i, too, will be able to be that naturally good-looking.
No, by far the best part of the picture is the contrast between the calm, collected looks on Rob's, Drew's, and Aggo's faces and the full out aggression that is displayed Steve's face.
im just glad that asian #2 knows his place in life.
I've told Jay that as soon as y'all start practicing at a reasonable hour, such as early afternoon, I'll come out and take a lot of pictures. I generally take about 150-200 during a practice, so it increases the possibility of good shots.
